A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of WWYW-FM (Y-103.9) 8800 US Highway 14 – Crystal Lake, IL 60012, during normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.
1. MUST BE at least 18 Years of Age or older to participate.
2. Restaurant certificates are available for purchase on Saturday nights, 7pm-midnight. However, only the restaurant(s) featured on a particular Saturday can be purchased on that day.
3. Listeners can purchase the featured restaurant certificate(s) for 70% of their value by calling (815) 444-4017
4. Certificates will not be issued to purchaser until payment is made (i.e. Credit Card authorization has cleared or cash payment is made at the office address)
5. If purchaser wishes to have certificates mailed out once payment has cleared, the station is not liable if lost in the mail and a refund or replacement will not be issued.
6. If purchaser wishes to pick up their certificate in-person, they must do so during business hours and within 30 days of purchase date. After such time, ownership of said certificate(s) reverts back to the station to be disposed of at their discretion. The purchaser then loses all claims and rights to said certificate(s).
7. All certificates are awarded “as is,” are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.
8. The station shall not be responsible for participating sponsors not accepting certificates in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion, offer, etc.
9. All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of the station to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the station.
10. The station reserves the right to end “70’s Night Out” at any time without any advanced notice to the public
11. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
